Most reps have heard every objection before. Most still fumble them. This makes them practice until they don't.
OBJECT!ON is a browser-based objection handling trainer built to develop reflex, not just recall. Reps are put under real time pressure, read the objection, pick the right response before the clock runs out. Difficulty scales automatically across three tiers, moving from common surface objections to the high-stakes ones that show up at the end of a deal. Every card is a rep, and every rep builds a little more fluency than the last. Five categories, 15 objections, zero setup required.
Why This Training Was Needed
Objection handling is the skill most sales teams train the least, and it shows up in every single conversation. Most enablement programs address it once at onboarding with a slide deck or a single roleplay session, then move on. The problem is that handling objections fluently requires repetition over time, not a one-time exposure event. Reps forget responses under pressure, default to apologizing or caving, and lose deals they should have saved. This tool was built to give reps a way to practice on their own time, before a big call, during a slow afternoon, or as a team warm-up activity, so that objection handling becomes a reflex rather than something they have to consciously recall mid-conversation.
I designed and built OBJECT!ON as a standalone browser-based training tool requiring no LMS, no login, and no facilitation. My role included identifying the five highest-frequency objection categories reps face across the sales cycle, writing 15 scenarios with four plausible response options each, and engineering wrong answers that are genuinely tempting, not obvious throwaways. The difficulty progression is automatic, moving reps from manageable surface objections through to the complex, high-stakes scenarios that derail real deals. Each card includes detailed feedback explaining not just what the right answer is but why the wrong answers fail, so reps build judgment, not just pattern recognition.
OBJECT!ON is fully built and available for immediate deployment in any browser with no installation required. It covers objections across pricing, timing, competition, need, and authority, the five categories that account for the majority of lost deals. A full session takes under 10 minutes, making it practical as a pre-call warm-up, a SKO activity, or a weekly team drill. Results include a score, a performance tier, and a category breakdown showing exactly where each rep's gaps are.
