I’m a Learning & Development leader and Sales Enablement specialist who designs training that actually changes behavior. My background blends an unusual mix of creative storytelling, instructional design, and high-performance sales training, giving me a unique ability to build learning experiences that are both engaging and tied directly to business results.
Across my career, I’ve built new hire onboarding, redesigned sales frameworks, created gamified training experiences, and facilitated over 800+ sessions for sales teams, managers, and customer-facing professionals. My approach is grounded in adult learning theory, real-world application, and a deep understanding of how people learn, practice, and adopt new skills.
Before L&D, I worked in film and television production, which taught me the power of narrative, pacing, and engagement. These are techniques I now bring into learning experiences ranging from immersive scavenger hunts to interactive LMS modules to large-scale workshops. I’m at my best when turning complex ideas into engaging, repeatable tools that help teams perform better.

I’ve explored this space hands-on by designing AI-powered workflow tools, building custom GPTs to help reps transition from SMB selling motions to enterprise frameworks like MEDDIC, and experimenting with generative AI to accelerate content creation, coaching, and roleplay simulations.
I see AI not as a replacement for great training, but as an amplifier. Used correctly, these tools can automate busywork, personalize learning paths, reinforce skills in real time, and give teams the strategic edge they need to move faster. I’m excited about integrating AI into modern learning ecosystems to improve efficiency, increase relevance, and help organizations scale high-quality enablement at a fraction of the time and cost.
